Ei, charley! It feels like everyone is talking about the job market these days. Ghana's economy is showing some good growth, but finding a solid job, especially as a young person, still feels like a real struggle for many, especially here in Accra. I see so many graduates with good certificates, but the openings are just not enough, and the youth unemployment numbers keep climbing. What are you guys hearing or seeing on the ground about the actual jobs available? Is it mostly about digital skills and remote work these days, or something else entirely?
